Our colour charts are provided for our customers as a guide only. The colours shown may vary slightly from the actual colour due to chromatic variations on your computer monitor and due to fabric and lighting variations. All shoes and bags will be dyed to INSIDE LIGHT unless otherwise specified. Most shoes dyed to outside light will not match inside; and those dyed to inside light will not match outside.
You can have your shoes or clutch purse dyed in any of the 120 colours shown below. White, Light Ivory, Natural Ivory, Medium Ivory and Dark Ivory are free. All the other colours are an extra $10.
We are unable to provide swatches of the colours shown here on the Touch Ups Colour Chart.
Because of fabric dye-lot variations, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match. If more than one item is being dyed to a colour, please order them at the same time to guarantee they come from the same dye mixture.
Dyed shoes are not waterproof. They are dyed with a water-soluable dye and will run if exposed to water. Your dyed shoes will be treated with a "rain and stain" protectant, however, this will not guarantee that the dye will be 100% colourfast. For best results, we recommend that you keep your shoes completely dry. Avoid walking on wet grass or through rain or puddles as this may cause some discolouration and leaching of the colour.
All dye orders should be opened upon receipt to check for colour match. Corrections can be made if notification is received within 48 hours. After this time, all dyed items are non-returnable.
